ShunFu Metal, Rock Drilling Tools Manufacture Base, located in the hometown of Chairman Mao in Xiangtan, Hunan, was established in 2005. It is a modern high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of rock drilling tools, and it focuses on the research, production, and sales of high-quality hollow steel and drill rods.
The company has gathered a group of experienced experts and management talents in drill rod production, possesses strong technical capabilities, and is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment. Its products are widely used in mineral resource development, railways, highways, water conservancy and hydropower, and geological construction, enjoying a good reputation in the industry and being exported to countries in Southeast Asia, North America, and other regions.
In 2011, the company expanded its production scale, purchasing nearly 60 acres of land to construct a new factory, providing a strong guarantee for sustainable development. In 2012, the company obtained ISO 9000 certification, reinforcing product quality management and providing scientific guidance for enhancing product quality. In 2013, the company reached a long-term cooperative agreement with the National Metallurgical Industry Drill Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, providing reliable technical support for product innovation. In 2019, the company was awarded the title of an advanced grassroots party organization, promoting the comprehensive development of the enterprise through party building. In 2020, the company was recognized as a star enterprise for high-quality development, receiving extensive recognition and support from various sectors.
